Health

At IGE - InterGlobal Exhibits, we offer great Health Insurance through our PEO-Paychex. Full-Time employees are eligible to enroll in a single, single plus, or a family contract. Our company assists with a portion of the single contract. All our current policies belong to Aetna and Kaiser Permanente.

Dental & Vision

Dental : Dental Insurance is provided through Aetna. Full time employees are eligible after their introductory period. This premium can be deducted from employee’s paycheck.

 

Vision : Vision Care Plan is provided through Aetna. Full time employees are eligible after their introductory period. This premium can be deducted from employee’s paycheck.

PTO - Paid Time Off

Vacations : After one year, all employees are eligible for Vacation time.

Holidays : After completing a whole year of employment, all employees are eligible for Holiday Pay

Sick Leave : Portion is earned after six months of full time employment with the rest at the anniversary hire date.

Bereavement Leave : Full-time employees who have completed six months of employment are eligible for five days for the loss of an immediate family member. 

401K & Life Insurance

401K : Our company IGE-InterGlobal Exhibits provides eligible employees with a 401 (k) qualified retirement plan which is an excellent means long-term savings for your retirement

 

Life Insurance : All our full-time employees are eligible to enroll. You must complete an insurance form through our HR Provider and designate your beneficiary.

Flex Spending &

I25 Plan

Flex Spending Account :  Our health benefit plans allows IGE and all its employees to set aside funds before they’re taxed, in order to help employee’s pay for qualified medical expenses in the absence of coverage or not covered by their health plan, and save employers on FICA and FUTA taxes.

 

Section I25 Plan :  Allows an employer to pay a portion of employee’s insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis, effectively lowering their taxable income.

Balance Works

Balance Works-Care is our fully integrated work/life employee assistance program (EAP), designed to help all our employees effectively balance the competing demands of work and life before personal problems affect professional performance.
