Responsibilities

​

• Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.

• Receive and ship packages.

• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including distribution and tracking.

• Record and manage financial data entry into NetSuite and the company's custom database system.

• Identify and resolve data entry discrepancies promptly and efficiently.

• Perform regular data backups to maintain data integrity.

• Provide administrative support as needed.

• Keep inventory of office items and place orders as necessary.

• Respond to information requests promptly, delivering accurate and complete information.

• Clean and maintain break room area and make coffee as needed

• Demonstrate creativity in addressing challenges.

• Collaborate as a team player, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles and data entry concepts.

 

 

Requirements

​

• Exceptionally detailed and quality-oriented in all tasks.

• Strong math and calculus skills, ensuring accurate data entry.

• Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal formats.

• Exhibit a positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.

• Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods and consistently perform with accuracy.

• Possess a foundational understanding of accounting principles and data entry procedures.

Skills and Experience

​

• Prior experience working with data entry into accounting software.

• Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and data entry procedures.

• Proficient with computer applications and data entry tools.

​

This is a full-time position with 30-40 hours per week at $20 - $23 hourly.
