Role

​

The On-site Supervisor/Project Manager will work with leadership to make sure the company’s mission, vision, and overall objectives are represented and supported. Expectations include the ability to coordinate projects and to make critical decisions ensuring the successful execution of exhibits while subscribing to the company's vision and ensuring complete client satisfaction. The On-site Supervisor will have general knowledge of all show areas and specific knowledge of details related to the operational aspects.

Main Responsibilities

​

• Point of contact between sales and operations.

• Regular communication and collaboration with IGE warehouse and fabrication studio.

• Assemble exhibits.

• Outbound exhibits.

• Pack exhibits.

• Act as project coordinator.

• Attend production meetings.

• Onsite supervision.

• Travel required +50% of the time; 80% domestic travel; 20% international travel.

• Travel to shows and supervise installation and dismantling of exhibits.

• Other project coordination tasks as required. • Training period: 6 months.

 

 

Skills and Experience

​

• Experience in the expositions, events, and or trade show industry.

• Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines. 

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English - Professional.

• Strong computer skills.

• Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.

• Exceptional written and oral communications skills.

• Good grammar skills.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
