Role

 

The Project Manager serves as the liaison on all aspects of production for a project by coordinating work with all departments; facilitating information between and all internal support teams from sales to logistics and in conjunction with Account Management. Expectations include the ability to control the project flow and to make critical decisions ensuring the successful completion of projects while subscribing to the company's vision and ensuring complete client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Point of contact between sales and operations.

  • Assist in the development of the overall job costing.

  • Accountable for final project cost.

  • Plan, organize, direct, and control each project once it is sold.

  • Coordinate schematic blueprints, construction, CNC drawings, and branding booklet.

  • Attend production meetings.

  • Ensure timelines are met for design completion and estimate review.

  • Create work orders.

  • Buy materials and elements.

  • Keep project within budget.

  • Coordinate production with IGE's fabrication shop and external vendors.

  • Manage projects based on deadlines to be met.

  • Attend project launch meetings.

  • Manage and approve change orders.

  • Coordinate and assign onsite supervisors.

  • Onsite supervision if needed. Travel required.

  • Other project management tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the expositions, events, and or trade show industry.

  • Technology savvy.

  • Fluent in English - Professional.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good grammar skills.

  • Manage vendor relationship.

  • Multi-task.

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Compensation

  • Salary $60,000 - $70,000 

 

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
