Role
The Sales Manager will report to IGE's CEO and be responsible for increasing revenues, diversifying the company's client base, and assigning clients to our existing team. The Sales Manager will manage the functions necessary to drive sales team productivity and sales process optimization and oversee design and estimates.
Business Development

The sales manager must work with Account Executives with all new sales leads and opportunities.

Assign new sales leads and opportunities to account executives.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of competitors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Visit trade shows to look for new business opportunities.
Leadership

Act as team leader for the sales department of IGE.
-
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new Account Executives.
-
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inconsistencies in the sales process.
-
Manage and implement technology essential to sales optimization into our existing ERP and Sales Force.
Collaboration

The sales manager should work with sales and design teams on processing designs and estimate requests.

Upon completion of designs, coordinates with estimating department on accurate pricing.

Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources departments on forecasting.

Work with Marketing Coordinator for new sales lead generation.
Planning
-
Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting for the sales team.

Track projects in the sales pipeline for legitimacy and probability of sale.

Develop and distribute sales reports to the CEO and Sales department.
Reporting

Sales leads and new business opportunities.

Projects in the design and estimating phases.

Expected Outcomes
First 30 to 60 Days:

Develop an understanding of IGE's business and sales strategies.

Establish a strong working relationship with the existing team.

Understanding of the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting process.
Within 60-90 Days:

Recruit new account executives - sales.
-
Implement new sales strategies.
-
Develop an effective training program for new Account Executives.

Revise the quarterly sales forecast, plan, and budget.
Within 90-120 Days:

Identify and secure new sales opportunities and partnerships.
-
Resolve any bottlenecks in the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Establish effective collaboration with the team.
Skills and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the exhibit and or creative industry.

Bachelor's degree or related industry experience.
-
Technical skills based on design and construction expertise.
-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a client base.

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
-
Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Compensation
IGE provides a good work environment, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position considers a base salary, full benefits, and sales bonuses-commissions.
